Your expertise in Front Office Management is essential, ensuring our discerning guests always receive the best possible service.Teamwork & flexibility: You work closely with your team, are communicative, and adaptable. In stressful situations, you keep a cool head and radiate natural friendliness and charisma.Guest service: With your well-groomed appearance and excellent manners, you are the perfect host. You anticipate our guests' needs in advance and ensure they feel completely comfortable.Taking responsibility: You manage your shift and are responsible for the smooth operation at the front desk – from check-in to check-out.Service to guests: Whether at check-in, escorting guests to their rooms, or check-out – you are the face of our hotel and ensure that every guest feels at home.Financial oversight: You are responsible for cash handling, currency exchange, and the creation and monitoring of debtor accounts.Organization & administration: You handle general reception tasks, manage guest correspondence, and create statistics and the weekly program for our guests. This is youExperience & qualifications: You have completed training in the luxury hotel industry and have at least 2 years of professional experience in a 5-star hotel, ideally already as a supervisor or in a similar position.Language skills: Excellent German and English skills are a must to succeed in our international environment. Additional knowledge of Italian and/or French makes you a true communication talent.Technical competence: You are proficient and experienced in using the PMS system Fidelio Suite 8, as well as Microsoft programs Word, Excel, and Outlook.
