This is what you move with us

  • Competent handling and processing of reservations: You are the first point of contact for our discerning guests, confidently managing requests for individual and group reservations. 
  • Customer database management with precision: You maintain guest databases with the highest accuracy, contributing significantly to the satisfaction and return of our guests.
  • Complaint management with sensitivity: If complaints arise, you address them promptly and always find the best solution for our demanding guests – discreetly and efficiently.
  • Multimedia communication: You are responsible for responding to all incoming inquiries, whether by phone, fax, or letter. 
  • Coordination with other departments: In close collaboration with our dedicated team, you ensure that the occupancy of our luxurious guest rooms and event spaces is optimally coordinated with offerings in F&B and Spa.
  • Administrative support: You assist the Reservations Manager in all administrative matters, ensure adherence to our high standards, and contribute to continuous product optimization.
  • Workload: 60-80% maternity cover with the possibility of a yearly contract.

  • Team spirit and flexibility: You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and adapt flexibly to the challenges of a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in the luxury hotel industry: With completed training in the luxury hotel sector and at least 2 years of experience in 5-star hospitality, you bring solid expertise in Front Office and Reservations.
  • Linguistic proficiency: Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. Additional foreign languages such as Italian are a plus.
  • Technical proficiency: You are proficient in using the PMS Fidelio Suite 8 and the standard Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Organizational talent and customer orientation: You organize and plan with precision, maintain contact with guests and partners in a stylish and discreet manner, and impress with your exceptional customer focus.
