This is what you move with usDigital & Efficient: Manage digital personnel files, prepare employment contracts, and maintain and update key HR documentation.Onboarding with Heart: Organize and implement the entire onboarding and offboarding process – from contract creation to welcoming new team members.Process Designer: Analyze and optimize existing workflows, drive automation projects, and ensure streamlined, future-oriented HR processes.Communication Expert: Handle our HR hotline, respond to employee inquiries, and act as a trusted point of contact for managers.Data in Focus: Maintain ISO documentation, and create and analyze HR reports and statistics. This is youEducation & Expertise: Commercial apprenticeship with HR-specific further training (e.g., HR Specialist with federal diploma) or a degree in business administration or HR management.Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, proficient with MS Office, and ideally familiar with HR tools like Mirus or UKG.Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of Swiss labor law and relevant social insurances.Language Skills: Native-level German, very good English, and ideally Italian.Organizational & Communication Talent: Structured, detail-oriented work approach paired with strong communication skills.Team Spirit & Hands-on Mentality: A collaborative mindset, willingness to take responsibility, and the ability to stay calm in a dynamic environment.
