Your mission: You are not only a skilled HR all-rounder but also work empathetically with people and strategically shape the long-term goals of the company.Your tasks:Operational:

  • Advising and supporting managers and employees in all HR matters – competently and solution-oriented.
  • Ensuring efficient HR processes: from employment contracts to tax deductions, health insurance billing, and offboarding.
  • Responsibility for labor law topics and contributing to an excellent employee experience.
  • Organizing employee orientations, supporting internal training, and optimizing room assignments in our staff housing.
  • Reporting directly to the HR Director.
Strategic:
  • Developing and implementing innovative HR strategies and supporting change management processes.
  • Analyzing HR metrics and deriving forward-thinking actions.
  • Promoting a positive and future-oriented corporate culture with sensitivity and strategic finesse.
  • Start date: 01.02.25 or by arrangement.


This is you

  • Commercial basic education with further training in the HR field (e.g., HR specialist with a federal certificate) or a degree in business administration, human resources management, or labor law with a focus on HR.
  • Excellent knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Passion for HR, combined with analytical thinking, creativity, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Several years of experience in a versatile HR role – both strategic and operational.
  • Fluent in German and English; Italian is a plus.
