This is what you move with us

  • Acceptance, processing and creation of offers, booking confirmations, deposit confirmations for individual reservations by telephone or electronically
  • Daily processing of the reservation checklist
  • Optimised daily reservation process
  • Reservations / input into the system and control
  • Working according to LHW, Forbes, Kulm and ISO standards
  • Daily optimisation of hotel occupancy
  • General and daily knowledge of the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz offer
  • Upselling
  • Active cooperation at the front office, especially in the summer season; mastery of front office shift work (early and late shift)
  • Close cooperation with the Front Office, operational departments and Sales & Marketing


This is you

  • Completed apprenticeship as a hotel specialist (preferably 5* hotel industry) or completed commercial training
  • Professional experience as a front office agent or reservations agent
  • Room sales / upgrades
  • Must have: Good written and spoken German and English language skills
  • Nice to have: Italian and other foreign languages
