Your Mission

  • Executive Support – You provide direct assistance to the Hotel Director, manage schedules, and handle confidential correspondence.
  • Communication & Coordination – You act as the central point of contact between departments, ensuring a seamless flow of information.
  • Meeting & Event Organization – You prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key action items.
  • Administrative Excellence – You ensure impeccable documentation, create reports, and support budgeting processes.
  • Keeping an Eye on Numbers – You assist with accounting, oversee daily closing procedures, and generate statistics.
  • Optimizing Quality & Processes – You drive projects forward, monitor quality standards, and ensure comprehensive documentation and archiving.


This is you

  • Experience in a similar role – Ideally in luxury hospitality or at an executive level in a corporate environment.
  • Discretion & Professionalism – You handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Structured & Proactive Work Style – You anticipate needs, stay organized under pressure, and think ahead.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in German & English; Italian is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient in MS Office, hotel systems, and digital collaboration tools.
