You are the heart of our behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring not only impeccable cleanliness but also actively supporting our kitchen team with culinary preparations.Your Tasks:Kitchen Support: You actively assist with preparation work (mise-en-place), such as the professional cutting of vegetables and other preparatory tasks.Order and Cleanliness: You ensure flawless cleanliness and organization in our modern kitchen as well as in the back office of the Capricorn restaurant.Careful Handling: You are responsible for the precise cleaning, care, and storage of china, glassware, cutlery, and kitchenware (pots and pans).Coordination and Organization: You work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations—even during busy peak hours. This is youProfessional Experience: You bring solid experience from the gastronomy sector, ideally from a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.Interest in Culinary Arts: You enjoy handling fresh ingredients and are happy to support the team with food preparation.Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German, English, or Italian.Personality: You are characterized by flexibility and the ability to work well in a team.
