This is what you move with us

We are looking for energetic support for our modern staff restaurant, Capricorn, which was newly built just under a year ago. You are the heart of our behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring not only impeccable cleanliness but also actively supporting our kitchen team with culinary preparations.Your Tasks:

  • Kitchen Support: You actively assist with preparation work (mise-en-place), such as the professional cutting of vegetables and other preparatory tasks.
  • Order and Cleanliness: You ensure flawless cleanliness and organization in our modern kitchen as well as in the back office of the Capricorn restaurant.
  • Careful Handling: You are responsible for the precise cleaning, care, and storage of china, glassware, cutlery, and kitchenware (pots and pans).
  • Coordination and Organization: You work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations—even during busy peak hours.


This is you

  • Professional Experience: You bring solid experience from the gastronomy sector, ideally from a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Interest in Culinary Arts: You enjoy handling fresh ingredients and are happy to support the team with food preparation.
  • Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German, English, or Italian.
  • Personality: You are characterized by flexibility and the ability to work well in a team. You appreciate a dynamic environment and enjoy working within a motivated team.

You bridge the gap between administrative precision, cutting-edge hospitality technology, and front-of-house operations.
