This is youProfessional background: You have completed vocational training in hospitality or a commercial field – ideally within luxury hospitality – and offer several years of relevant experience. Sales mindset: You understand what drives booking decisions and how to elevate the guest experience through strategic room sales. Language skills: You speak and write fluently in German and English; additional knowledge of French or Italian is a plus. Composure & clarity: Whether under pressure or in direct guest communication, you remain professional, efficient, and warm.
