This is your chance to be a member of our shaping culture: This is what you move with usAs a House Supervisor, you play an important role: you ensure that house rules are respected, order is maintained, and a harmonious living environment is fostered. You are a reliable point of contact, take responsibility, think proactively, are empathetic, and at the same time able to act with authority. Your Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with house rules: You make sure quiet hours are respected and house regulations are followed. Regular inspections: Monitoring corridors, common areas, and outdoor spaces – from waste separation to overall order and safety. Point of contact for our employees: You are visibly present on site, approachable, and able to communicate clear and fair rules. Supporting daily coexistence: You mediate calmly and firmly in minor everyday issues. Collaboration with the Technical Manager: You report technical issues and ensure they are communicated in a structured manner. Snow removal: Operation of the available snow blower and performing snow-clearing tasks around the building when required.
