This is what you move with us

  • Competently handle reservations for individual and group guests as the first point of contact, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and proactive attention to detail
  • Maintain and update guest databases with the utmost accuracy, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and with sensitivity, always finding the most suitable solution in a discreet and efficient manner
  • Manage multichannel communication, responding to all incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal alignment between room and event occupancy and our F&B and Spa offerings
  • Support the Reservations Manager with administrative tasks, ensure adherence to our high standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products


This is you

  • Charisma and friendliness with a natural warmth and refined manners, combined with a keen sense for the needs of discerning guests
  • Team spirit and flexibility, with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, with completed vocational training and at least two years of experience in a 5-star hotel in Front Office or Reservations
  • Strong language skills in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages such as Italian are an advantage
  • Technical proficiency in Opera Cloud, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience managing online booking channels
  • Exceptional organisational skills and customer focus, ensuring precise planning, discreet guest relations, and outstanding service delivery

With 150 rooms and suites, 30 residences, staff accommodations, and magnificent public areas, we set benchmarks in alpine luxury hospitality. As Housekeeping Director, you are the strategic leader behind this demanding operation. You will lead the department with foresight, composure, and an uncompromising eye for aesthetics. In this key position, you will report directly to the EAM Rooms Division and be responsible for the Housekeeping department (approximately 50–80 employees): Department Leadership & Vision: You oversee the overall aesthetics of the rooms division and ensure that Forbes, LQA, and our internal quality standards are not only achieved but consistently lived as benchmarks of excellence. Management Leadership: You lead and coach the Housekeeping Manager and Laundry Manager, who oversee daily operations. Together, you continuously develop and enhance the departments. Staff Accommodation & Residence Management: You hold overall responsibility for the administration and quality standards of staff housing and employee rooms.
