This is what you move with us

  • Pamper our guests with professional spa treatments such as sports massages, signature massages, body scrubs, wraps, and baths.
  • With your sense for individual needs, you will advise our guests on spa services and high-quality skincare products.
  • Provide unforgettable well-being experiences through first-class care and attentive service.
  • Support the spa team at the reception with appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Use your sales flair to recommend suitable home care products, boosting spa revenue.
  • Ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards throughout the spa and fitness area.


This is you

  • Completed training as a massage therapist or a comparable qualification in the spa and wellness field.
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Thai massage, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, reflexology, lymphatic drainage) are an advantage.
  • Ideally, experience in fitness classes such as yoga or Pilates.
  • Proven experience in the spa sector, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English and a sensitivity to the wishes of our guests.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events like our Night Spa.
