This is your chance to be a member of our shaping culture: This is what you move with usEfficient organization and management of daily operations: You are the heart of our golf office, creating a "wow" effect for our guests with your natural friendliness and knowledge of golf.Administrative secretarial tasks and office organization: With your organizational skills, you ensure smooth operations.Scheduling and reservations: You handle reservations for green fees and tennis courts – with you, every guest gets exactly what they want.Tournament preparation and execution: Whether it's the club championship, club tournaments, or other events – you ensure that each of these occasions is a resounding success.Point of contact for club members and guests: You are the friendly face of our Kulm Golf Team, greeting guests with a smile and anticipating their need.Sales of golf products: With your expertise, you professionally advise our guests and ensure they are perfectly equipped for the course.Workload: from mid/end of May to the end of October, with the possibility of extending the contract to 10 months if interested in providing support in the curling office. This is youSolid education: You have completed a professional qualification in reception, business administration (KV), or a hospitality school – alternatively, you have a comparable qualification.Experience in customer service: You bring professional experience in dealing with guests or customers and know how to delight even the most demanding clientele.Language skills: You communicate confidently in German (both written and spoken) and have a good command of spoken English.
