This is what you move with us

  • Efficient organization and management of daily operations: You are the heart of our golf office, creating a "wow" effect for our guests with your natural friendliness and knowledge of golf.
  • Administrative secretarial tasks and office organization: With your organizational skills, you ensure smooth operations.
  • Scheduling and reservations: You handle reservations for green fees and tennis courts – with you, every guest gets exactly what they want.
  • Tournament preparation and execution: Whether it's the club championship, club tournaments, or other events – you ensure that each of these occasions is a resounding success.
  • Point of contact for club members and guests: You are the friendly face of our Kulm Golf Team, greeting guests with a smile and anticipating their need.
  • Sales of golf products: With your expertise, you professionally advise our guests and ensure they are perfectly equipped for the course.
  • Workload: from mid/end of May to the end of October, with the possibility of extending the contract to 10 months if interested in providing support in the curling office.


This is you

  • Solid education: You have completed a professional qualification in reception, business administration (KV), or a hospitality school – alternatively, you have a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in customer service: You bring professional experience in dealing with guests or customers and know how to delight even the most demanding clientele.
  • Language skills: You communicate confidently in German (both written and spoken) and have a good command of spoken English. Additional languages, such as Italian, are an advantage.
  • Well-groomed appearance: Your demeanor is professional and represents the high standards of our establishment.
  • Passion for golf: You play golf yourself and bring relevant knowledge.
