As a Logentournant, you are the key connection between day and night, between guest wishes and true hospitality – always flexible, charming, and confident. Your Responsibilities – diverse & full of responsibility

You welcome and assist our international guests from check-in to check-out – with elegance, charm, and professionalism.
You are flexible in early, late, and night shifts, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
You support the Front Office Management with both operational and administrative tasks, taking responsibility for designated shifts.
You anticipate guest needs before they are expressed and respond proactively – with great attention to detail.
You act as a vital link between Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments, ensuring the highest service standards throughout the hotel.
You represent our values – with presence, passion, and a natural sense of refined hospitality.

This is you

Experience at the front desk of a luxury or high-end hotel, ideally with PMS knowledge (Opera Cloud and others).
A genuine passion for service, impeccable personal presentation, and excellent manners – in both English and German (additional languages are an advantage).
A strong sense of responsibility, discretion, and organizational skills – even in demanding situations.
A team player with flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts.
Joy in inspiring people from around the world – and being part of an exceptional team.
Languages: English (required), ideally also German or Italian
