As a Reservation Supervisor, you play a key role in managing the guest journey, leading with clarity, precision, and warmth. You are both a host on the phone and a coach within the team.Your Responsibilities: You ensure that all bookings and enquiries are handled professionally and warmly in accordance with the highest standards (LHW, Forbes, ISO & Kulm) – in both German and English. You maximise hotel occupancy through strategic room sales, active upselling, and the use of our revenue management tool (Duetto). You provide structured and motivating onboarding for Reservations Agents and act as the key contact for operational matters. You deputise for the Reservations Manager during their absence and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the reservations office. You maintain and monitor guest profiles and reservations in our systems and work closely with Front Office, Revenue Management, and other departments. You actively participate in daily training sessions and continuously contribute to enhancing our quality standards. This is youA completed apprenticeship in hospitality or business administration, ideally complemented by a hotel management diploma. Several years of experience in the reservations department of a luxury hotel – with strong understanding of guest needs, system processes, and team leadership. You communicate clearly, service-oriented, and flawlessly in both German and English – any additional language (e.g., Italian or French) is a valuable asset. You are detail-oriented, well-organised, and enjoy keeping the bigger picture in focus. Your approach is proactive, discreet, and consistently guest-focused – even under pressure.
