This is what you move with us

  • Shared responsibility for the smooth running of work and organisation at the front office
  • Shift duties at the front office such as check-in & check-out, rooming, billing and complaint management
  • Shared responsibility for service quality in accordance with ISO standards and LHW standards
  • Accepting reservations and processing them through the Protel reservation system
  • Cash register management
  • Support with staff management and daily training
  • Training for employees


This is you

  • Completed hotel management training and several years of professional experience at the front office, preferably in the luxury hotel industry
  • You are characterised by a high level of service and goal orientation as well as your
  • social and professional competence
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of Italian and/or French is an advantage.
  • an advantage
  • Your well-groomed appearance as well as your ability to work under pressure, flexibility and commitment round off your personality
  • Knowledge of the Protel and MS Office software programmes
