As the Bar Manager of the Altitude Bar, you are not just a host but also a trendsetter. With your flair for style and quality, you turn every evening into an experience and set new standards for our discerning guests. Your Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate an international team with passion and foresight
Develop creative cocktail concepts inspired by the latest bar trends
Ensure smooth operations, from inventory management to impeccable presentation
Train and develop your team to guarantee service excellence
Be a heartfelt host, creating unforgettable moments for our guests
Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance the Kulm experience

This is you

Completed training in upscale hospitality or gastronomy, ideally as a bartender
2-3 years of experience in a similar position
Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and the ability to inspire a multicultural team
Keen sense of trends and innovations in the bar scene
Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts
start: December 2025, seasonal contract
