This is what you move with us

  • Ensuring smooth operation of all spa treatments
  • Professional consultation with our guests to best fulfill their needs
  • Acceptance and confirmation of reservations, as well as daily closing procedures
  • Reception and care of our valued guests, including personal spa tours
  • Active consultation and sale of premium treatments, spa memberships, and products from renowned brands such as Valmont and Augustinus Bader
  • Efficient management of reservations, bookings, and billing using the TAC spa software
  • Regular inspection rounds to maintain highest quality standards in the fitness and spa areas
  • Close collaboration with the Spa Manager on procurement and inventory matters
  • Perform exclusive facial treatments using premium brands such as Valmont, Augustinus Bader and OxyGeneo, always ensuring the highest standards.
  • Provide a range of massages, body treatments, scrubs and wraps that offer deep relaxation and visible results.
  • Offer professional advice and sell suitable products and additional treatments with passion and confidence.
  • Ensure smooth treatment operations in the Spa, coordinate small orders, work closely with Housekeeping, Lingerie and Economat, and guarantee that our Leading Hotels of the World standards are upheld every day.


This is you

  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Proven professional experience in the hotel industry, preferably in spa or front office roles
  • Well-groomed, warm appearance, a structured, independent work style and the highest standards for hygiene and quality.
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Excellent German and English language skills; Italian advantageous
