  • Versatile design: Enhance our public areas, restaurants, and suites – for day-to-day hotel operations as well as glamorous gala events, holidays, and exclusive private functions.
  • Plant care & maintenance: Take charge of the professional care of our flowers and greenery, while providing advice on seasonal outdoor planting.
  • Concept & purchasing: Actively contribute to selecting flowers, plants, and materials, as well as executing new decor concepts within budget.


This is you

  • Education & experience: A successfully completed vocational qualification as a florist alongside several years of professional experience – ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end events.
  • Creativity & attention to detail: A keen sense of aesthetics, colour, and form, allowing you to craft an unforgettable ambience for our international guests.
  • Work ethic: High autonomy paired with a genuine team spirit and a cool head during peak busy periods.
  • Demeanour: A natural, warm, and professional manner towards guests and colleagues alike.
  • Languages: Good knowledge of German or English.
