Your Impact and Responsibilities

Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for luxury hospitality? Do you thrive on forging strong client relationships, driving commercial growth, and shaping bespoke experiences in iconic destinations?As we continue transforming our Events organization across Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina, we are looking for a commercially driven Event Sales Manager to join our Brand & Commercial Team.This is not a traditional operational planning role—it is a strategic, business-development-focused position where you own the client’s commercial journey from pitch to contract.

  • Proactive Business Development: Identify and secure new luxury MICE, corporate, and high-end social event opportunities across both iconic properties, with a focus on growing shoulder-period business.
  • End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead the complete sales cycle from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and signature, ensuring maximum conversion and revenue optimization.
  • Relationship & Account Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and event planners to drive repeat business.
  • Client Experience & Site Inspections: Host inspiring site visits, craft bespoke event concepts tailored to both luxury brands, and act as a trusted commercial advisor.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Revenue, Marketing, Sales, and Hotel Operations to ensure a seamless commercial handover for flawless execution on-site.


This is You

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success in Event Sales, MICE Sales, or Luxury Hospitality Sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related commercial field.
  • Mindset: A proactive, commercially driven sales hunter who excels at networking, negotiation, and building genuine long-term relationships.
  • Tech & Tool Savvy: Solid experience with hotel PMS, CRM, event management systems, and MS Office 365.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Bridge Builder: Ability to align commercial targets with operational realities while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
