This is what you move with us

As Sales & Event Manager (f/m/d), you will guide our discerning international clientele from the initial enquiry through to tailored concept design and flawless on-site execution.

  • Active Sales & Proposal Management: You convert enquiries for exclusive events, weddings, conferences, and group bookings into successful reservations, offering persuasive, highly tailored advice to your clients.
  • Inspiring Concepts: You understand the desires of international guests, developing stylish concepts for unforgettable experiences whilst maximising venue utilisation.
  • Meticulous Event Planning: From fine-tuning details and menu selections to constructing function sheets, you structure every event with precision while keeping a keen eye on the budget.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: You brief and coordinate all internal departments (F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Engineering), ensuring seamless execution behind the scenes.
  • On-Site Host & Presence: On event days, you serve as the central point of contact on-site, managing client needs with confidence and ensuring a flawless experience at the highest level.
  • Responsibility & Leadership: You act as Deputy Event Team Lead, supporting team coordination and representing the department in cross-functional meetings.


This is you

  • Solid Track Record: Multi-year experience in sales and event management within 5-star luxury hospitality or a comparable high-end service environment.
  • Sales Acumen & Advisory Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-drive, and a keen ability to translate client aspirations into lucrative proposals.
  • Organisational Talent: Confident multitasking, a structured approach to work, and an eye for exclusive detail—even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate Host: A genuine passion for high-end service, immaculate etiquette, absolute discretion, and a polished presentation.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
