This is what you move with us

At the Grand Hotel Kronenhof, we value the highest quality – and this extends to our linen. Since our textiles are cleaned at the professional laundry facility of our partner hotel, the Kulm, we are looking for an organized individual to ensure a smooth workflow and on-site quality assurance in Pontresina.What you achieve with us:

  • Logistics Management: You coordinate the daily flow of linen (soiled/clean) between the Kronenhof and the Kulm laundry.
  • Quality Control: You inspect incoming laundry for cleanliness and completeness, ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
  • Inventory Management: You organize the storage of floor linen, uniforms, and guest laundry, ensuring all departments are supplied on time.
  • Communication: You serve as the direct point of contact for the laundry team at the Kulm Hotel and handle operational details with confidence.
  • Minor Repairs: When necessary, you take care of simple sewing tasks or repairs to uniforms and textiles.


This is you

  • Organizational Talent: You maintain an overview even with large volumes of laundry and work in a structured and efficient manner.
  • Quality Consciousness: You have an eye for textiles and immediately recognize when something does not meet our 5-star requirements.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and the physical stamina required for handling laundry trolleys are a matter of course for you.
  • Team Player: You communicate in a friendly and clear manner – both internally with Housekeeping and externally with colleagues at the Kulm.
  • Language Skills: Good knowledge of English and either German or Italian is essential for coordination and documentation.

You bridge the gap between administrative precision, cutting-edge hospitality technology, and front-of-house operations.
