  • A Host at Heart: You are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs while assisting with special requests.
  • Leadership & Motivation: Support the Front Office team by providing training, managing schedules, and upholding the highest service standards.
  • Process Optimization: Actively contribute to improving and refining operations to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Discretion & Reliability: Handle guest requests, complaints, and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.

This is you

  • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality, with an understanding of the expectations of a high-end clientele.
  • A true passion for hospitality, with a welcoming personality and impeccable appearance.
  • Native German speaker with excellent English skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • A strong team player with leadership qualities, staying composed even in high-pressure situations.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every guest experience is truly special.
