This is what you move with us

In this role, you are the driving force behind the personal and professional development of our teams:

  • Strategic L&D Design: You design the annual training master plan. From onboarding and Service Excellence to resilience and digitalization.
  • Leadership Partner for CREATE: Working closely with our HR Director, Alsia, you will anchor our leadership principles within our group of approximately 40 managers. You will facilitate Leader Circles and design workshops that actively shape our corporate culture.
  • Quality & Impact: You don’t settle for "completed." You develop methods to measure the transfer of knowledge into daily operations (eNPS, Pulse Checks) and manage our L&D KPIs with foresight.
  • Learning Culture & Innovation: You will build a modern framework of coaching, mentoring, and feedback, integrating digital learning tools and HR dashboards for data-driven development.
  • Excellence through Cooperation: You coordinate collaborations with top-tier partners such as the Swiss Leadership Academy or HSG (University of St. Gallen), purposefully bringing external expertise into the hotels.


This is you

  • Expertise: You have several years of experience in L&D or training, ideally within luxury hospitality or a comparable premium service environment.
  • Methodology: You are a pro at designing and delivering training programs and have experience with cultural transformation and leadership initiatives.
  • Personality: You are a gifted moderator with high intercultural sensitivity. A hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking is second nature to you.
  • Value Ambassador: For you, terms like Generosity, Passion, and Imagination are not just buzzwords, but the foundation of your daily work.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English (ideally also Italian) is mandatory to effectively reach and inspire our international teams.
