Give Quality a Face: The Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and the Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina are more than just hotels—they are institutions. As the Graphic Designer for the Kulm Group, you are the creative mind that brings our brand identity to life across all channels. From elegant print menus to dynamic social media content: you translate "Playful Elegance" into visual experiences.Your Impact with Us:

  • Brand Guardianship: You design and maintain the visual assets of the entire Kulm Group, ensuring that every design reflects our values—quality, authenticity, and elegance.
  • Multi-Channel Design: You create high-quality content for both print and digital: from brochures, signage, and event invitations to newsletter assets and website elements.
  • Content Creation: You produce visual highlights for social media, including short video edits and animations.
  • F&B & Events: You support our restaurant teams in designing individual concepts and menus that leave a lasting impression.
  • Production & Shoots: You accompany photo shoots from the initial mood board idea and on-site visual direction to the finished asset.
  • Employer Branding: Together with the HR department, you design internal communication materials and make our "Employee Journey" visually tangible.
  • Stakeholder Management: You work closely with internal teams and external agencies, inspiring our stakeholders with the power of good design.


This is you

  • Creative Mindset: You have a degree in Graphic/Communication Design or a comparable qualification.
  • Toolbox: The Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere/After Effects) is your natural habitat.
  • Eye for Detail: You have an excellent sense of typography, layout, and visual language within the luxury segment.
  • Hands-on Mentality: You love managing projects independently, from the first sketch to the print-ready file.
  • Communication: You are fluent in German and English and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, international team.
  • On-site Spirit: You enjoy working where the magic happens—directly on-site at our hotels in the Engadin.
