This is what you move with us

As a House Supervisor, you play an important role: you ensure that house rules are respected, order is maintained, and a harmonious living environment is fostered. You are a reliable point of contact, take responsibility, think proactively, are empathetic, and at the same time able to act with authority. Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with house rules: You make sure quiet hours are respected and house regulations are followed.
  • Regular inspections: Monitoring corridors, common areas, and outdoor spaces – from waste separation to overall order and safety.
  • Point of contact for our employees: You are visibly present on site, approachable, and able to communicate clear and fair rules.
  • Supporting daily coexistence: You mediate calmly and firmly in minor everyday issues.
  • Collaboration with the Technical Manager: You report technical issues and ensure they are communicated in a structured manner.
  • Snow removal: Operation of the available snow blower and performing snow-clearing tasks around the building when required.
  • On-site responsibility: As you live in the building yourself, you have a natural awareness of what is needed at any given moment – without being on duty 24/7, but with attentive presence.
  • Employment period: March 15, 2026 – April 18, 2026
