If so, you are exactly who we are looking for.As Assistant Event Manager, you will be the right hand of our Event Manager, shaping exclusive events – from elegant gala dinners to high-profile international business meetings.Your Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination & Execution: Oversee the entire planning process, create proposals, coordinate workflows, and ensure flawless on-site implementation.
  • Guest Relations & Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, managing every detail from initial inquiries to post-event follow-ups.
  • Administrative Expertise: Prepare offers, confirmations, and invoices while handling event bookings and ensuring accurate execution.
  • Seamless Internal Coordination: Ensure effective communication across departments to guarantee all relevant information is shared in a timely manner.
  • Quality Management & Innovation: Continuously refine event operations, contribute creative ideas, and stay updated on industry trends.


This is you

  • Proven Experience at the Highest Level: Several years of experience in event coordination within the 5-star hospitality industry or luxury gastronomy.
  • Excellent Language Skills: Native or fluent German, very good English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Organizational Talent with an Eye for Detail: A structured approach, strong multitasking skills, and a hands-on mentality.
  • Passion for Hospitality: A professional demeanor, outstanding communication skills, and a keen understanding of luxury clientele.
  • Digital Savvy: Proficient in event management systems, MS Office, and internal hotel software.
