Immerse yourself in a world of elegance, well-being and exclusive service. As a beautician who also supports the spa reception, you create memorable guest experiences – both in the treatment room and at the front desk. Your responsibilities:

  • Performing high-quality facials, manicures and pedicures (including gel polish/OPI) at Swiss Deluxe level
  • Providing classic and modern massages (e.g. classic, hot stone, Lomi Lomi, Thai – depending on qualifications)
  • Offering personalised guest consultations and actively promoting exclusive products and treatments
  • Providing flexible support at the spa reception: welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling correspondence and processing payments
  • Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and quality standards in the beauty, spa and reception areas
  • Representing our spa concept with charm, discretion and a genuine host mentality


This is you

  • Completed training as a beautician and at least 2 years of professional experience in an upscale spa environment
  • Strong skills in manicures/pedicures, massages and beauty treatments, including confident use of premium products and techniques
  • A host mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics, discretion and exceptional service standards
  • Fluent German and very good English skills; any additional language is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills, a talent for sales and enthusiasm for working in a 5-star-superior luxury hotel setting
