Your Mission

Your stage – our heart behind the scenes: At our hotel, it's not just our guests who take center stage – our employees also deserve culinary moments that inspire. As Cook in our newly established Staff Restaurant, you are both host and culinary expert. With fresh, creative cuisine and an open ear for the wishes of our team, you help ensure that our colleagues feel truly at home. Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of varied, balanced menus for our team – with attention to detail and a passion for quality
  • Being a host in the staff restaurant: welcoming, engaging, and creating a positive atmosphere
  • Menu planning and implementation of culinary theme weeks – your ideas are welcome
  • Combination of buffet service and live cooking
  • Ensuring smooth operations in your section – from mise en place to spotless kitchen closure
  • Adherence to hygiene regulations according to HACCP – cleanliness is second nature to you
  • Close collaboration with the kitchen team, purchasing, and HR – to ensure a great experience for our crew


This is you

  • Completed training as a certified chef or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in both hot and cold kitchen, ideally in communal catering or the hotel industry
  • A passion for working with people – you enjoy being a host, even for your colleagues
  • Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a structured working style
  • Creativity in menu planning – seasonal, balanced, and full of flavor
  • Good German and English skills, Italian is a plus

In this newly created key position, you will actively shape the culinary direction of our property as the strategic driving force behind our Food & Beverage concepts. In this role, you will design the future of our F&B world — visionary, bold, and with the ambition to take excellence to the next level.
