  • Side by side with the Chef de Service, you lead and motivate a well-coordinated team, ensuring smooth operations
  • You live and breathe hospitality, creating unforgettable moments for our international guests.
  • Quality, style and authenticity matter to you — you make sure our high standards are felt and experienced every day.
  • As a role model, you support new team members during onboarding and foster a culture of togetherness.
  • Special occasions, events and busy evenings are no challenge for you — you master them with organisational talent and a cool head, even when things heat up.


This is you

  • Experience in a comparable position within upscale gastronomy — international or South American concepts are a plus.
  • A true host at heart: your charisma and passion inspire both guests and your team alike.
  • Flexibility, resilience and a strong sense for when it’s time to step up and take responsibility.
  • Excellent German and English skills; Spanish or other languages are a welcome bonus.
  • You’re ready to create new culinary stories with us — innovative, stylish and full of heart.
