This is what you move with us

  • Competent acceptance and processing of reservations: You are the first point of contact for our discerning guests and confidently accept enquiries for individual and group reservations. In doing so, you always act with the utmost professionalism and foresight.
  • Data maintenance: You maintain the guest databases with the utmost accuracy, thereby contributing significantly to the satisfaction and return of our guests.
  • Sensitive complaint management: Should complaints arise, you will deal with them promptly and always find the best solution for our discerning guests – discreetly and efficiently.
  • Multimedia communication: You will be responsible for responding to all incoming enquiries, whether by telephone or email.
  • Coordination with other departments: Working closely with our dedicated team, you will ensure that the occupancy of our luxurious guest rooms and event spaces is optimally coordinated with the offerings in F&B and spa.
  • Administrative support: You will assist the Reservations Manager in all administrative matters, ensure compliance with our high standards and contribute to continuous product optimisation.

For this responsible position, we are looking for someone who embodies excellence and provides service that goes above and beyond the ordinary:

  • Charisma and friendliness: Your personality is characterised by natural friendliness and charisma, coupled with a keen sense of the wishes of our discerning guests. You impress with your well-groomed appearance and excellent manners.
  • Team spirit and flexibility: You enjoy working in a team, are communicative and adapt flexibly to the challenges of a dynamic working environment.
  • Experience in the upscale hotel industry: With completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry and at least 2 years of experience in the 5-star hotel industry, you have in-depth specialist knowledge in the areas of front office or reservations.
  • Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English are essential. Other foreign languages such as Italian are a plus.
  • Technical proficiency: You are proficient in Opera Cloud and common Microsoft programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook). You are also familiar with maintaining online booking channels.
  • Organisational skills and customer focus: You organise and plan with precision, maintain contact with guests and partners in a stylish and discreet manner, and impress with your outstanding customer focus.
  • Ideally, you are from the region and already live in the Engadin.
