  • Daily Revenue Control – You verify daily income from the Property Management System (Opera Cloud) and ensure accurate postings.
  • Monitoring Revenue Streams – Whether hotel, F&B, or retail: you keep a close eye on all revenues and contribute to the financial integrity of the property.
  • Supporting Operational Departments – You train team members on POS and booking systems, promoting accuracy and smooth daily operations.
  • Ad-Hoc Analyses for Senior Management – You provide precise reports and insights to support informed, strategic decisions.
  • Payment Data Reconciliation – Using tools like Matchbox, you ensure payments are accurately posted and transparently documented.
  • System Maintenance & Process Development – You actively contribute to the evolution of our financial systems and bring your own ideas to improve workflows.
  • As a central interface in our day-to-day operations, your on-site presence in St. Moritz is essential. Our colleagues and management highly value direct, personal interaction – and that’s exactly why we’re looking for you: engaged, visible, and closely connected to the heartbeat of our hotel.


This is you

  • A background in commercial or hospitality education with initial experience in finance and accounting – ideally in the hotel or service industry.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
  • A precise, responsible working style and strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking, digital savviness, and familiarity with tools like Opera Cloud, Tcpos, TAC, Matchbox, Abacus, etc.
  • A true team player who takes initiative and enjoys shaping processes.
  • Confident handling of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
