  • Customer Reservations: Charming and efficient handling and management of reservations.
  • Guest Service: Providing top-notch consultation and execution of modern and classic hairstyles, updos, and innovative coloring techniques to meet the individual desires of our guests.
  • Beverage Service: Stylishly serving beverages to maximize the well-being and comfort of our guests.
  • Product Sales: Advising and selling exclusive Philip B products to offer our guests a luxurious at-home care experience.
  • Team Leadership: Effective scheduling and supervision of the team, including time tracking and creating work schedules to ensure smooth salon operations.
  • Ordering and Inventory Control: Careful ordering and management of products and small materials, as well as regular inventory checks to ensure we are always well-stocked.
  • Internal Orders: Efficient handling of internal hotel orders for beverages and cleaning products to maintain the high standard of our salon.
  • Operational Processes: Ensuring a seamless flow of all treatments and services in the salon.
  • Hygiene Management: Diligent cleaning of the salon and equipment, as well as strict adherence to all hygiene regulations to ensure a pristine and safe environment.

This is you

  • Completed hairdressing training
  • At least 3 years of experience in hairdressing with demanding clientele, ideally in 4 or 5-star hospitality
  • Language skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
