This is what you move with us

  • Must Have: Training in a patisserie in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
  • Mise en place: You are responsible for the preparation and organization of the patisserie for HP guests, à la carte service, banquets, and occasionally the staff canteen.
  • Daily creation of desserts: Using 80% fresh products, you create delicious pralines, friandises, cakes, and sweet pastries for breakfast. You are also responsible for our external operations.
  • Creative dessert creations: Bring in your ideas and develop innovative and appealing dessert creations that delight our guests.
  • Guest orientation: Respond to the special requests of our guests and fulfill them with the highest precision and friendliness.
  • Adherence to KULM guidelines: Work according to the principles of our mission statement and ensure that all work processes are followed.
  • Continuous improvement: Actively contribute to the optimization of our workflows and help to continuously develop our high-quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth process in the patisserie.
  • Hygiene and safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

  • This is you

  • Completed training as a confectioner/patissier in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
  • 3 years of professional experience in patisserie, ideally in upscale hospitality
  • Passion for creating sweet delicacies and an eye for detail
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation
  • Team spirit and communication skills
  • Resilience and flexibility
  • Good German and English, additional languages are an advantage
